Bob Alcantra Wayne Alga Gary Breidenback Kevin Campbell Paul DeCruz Keith DePolo From Gail Tulley Jensen: I was just going through the Pirate site. It's great. I wanted to add Keith DePolo to the Lost List. I know he didn't graduate with us. He went on to fight in Viet Nam. Larry Copeland e-mailed me last year before I moved that Keith had passed away. Keith was involved in school sports, he was the guy I wanted to go to the Gab Dance with. He was the guy across the street with his big brother Carl. SEE PHOTO OF KEITH & BANCROFT STUDENT BODY CARD. Gail is wondering why she still has it after 45 years.... Dan Ditto Michele (Mickey) Freund Marty Hammond ** Go to: http://www.cdva.ca.gov/memorial/cvvm.asp and search for Lloyd Martin Hammond Jr. under Alameda County. "It is very touching.I cried my eyes out when I saw it," says Kathy Tucker Lawrence. " Marty was a great guy! I loved him like a brother during those school years, Halcyon thru High School.I told him to wear that sweater for the Yearbook when he got Best Dressed." Jean Hickling I will always think Girl Scouts when I think of Jean. And smart. She inspired me. Jan Steve Hidalgo Julieanne Jones Glenn Kennedy I went to Christmas Ball in our Junior year with Glenn. He didn't go much for dancing, so we talked most of the night. He encouraged me to quit acting like I didn't have a brain. I'll never forget that. Jan Hansen Coleman Dennis Malamet Peter Mandler Dennis McElhatton Terri Pace I'll never forget summers in Clear Lake with Terri & family. She could flirt like nobody I ever knew, and get away with it. She was carefree and crazy, and I loved her for it. I spoke to her just before one of our reunions, and she was excited to see everybody, a bit scared because she'd "gained weight." I said, Terri, we all love you. It doesn't matter. She suddenly died a few weeks later. Jan Hansen Coleman Marsha Robertson Mike Shields Mike Shinoda Craig Stompro Craig was the brother I never had. We grew up on 140th, and our parents played cards together all the time. When we were in junior high I used to sneak out of the house at 3 a.m. and go on his paper route with him. The last time I saw Craig it was the early seventies. I was working at the courthouse in Oakland, and he came in for trial. I later saw him in the jail upstairs before he was sent to prison. He disappeared years ago. I never thought he'd go for a life of crime. He was so smart, too smart for his own good, but troubles obviously ran deep. I will always miss Craig. Jan Met Craig in a typing class in 9th grade, where he and I were competing for the attention of one Elyse Broughton. We puffed up and profiled one another, as young boys did, and agreed to meet at the designated dueling site after school, to settle our differences. So, we met, and fought, and bruised each other up pretty well, with neither gaining much of an advantage. Finally, after we arouse from the ground for the 4th or 5th time,,,winded, sore, bruised and a bit bloodied....we stared at each other, both anticipating the next attack,,,when Craig extended his right hand to mine, and we were forever friends.
